Todd A. Fodiman is a graduate of the University of Vermont where he earned a B.A. with honors in economics in 1983. He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1986. Mr. Fodiman is an AV rated commercial trial lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating, and has also been named as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers Magazine in the area of business litigation in the state of Florida, based upon peer review ratings and independent research. Mr. Fodiman is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in the state of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Fodiman has represented clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters and has handled numerous trials in state and federal courts. He has also represented firm clients in appellate proceedings. Mr. Fodiman is also the firm’s managing partner.
Mr. Fodiman's area of expertise is complex commercial and business litigation, and he specializes in matters involving banking, commercial law, real estate, shareholder and partnership disputes, insurance, collections and motor vehicle laws. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Fodiman has represented multiple local, national and international individual and business clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Some of Mr. Fodiman's representative clients include several new and used automobile dealerships including the Warren Henry Auto Group, a dealer of Lamborghini, Jaguar, Range Rover, Volvo and Infiniti automobiles and CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc.; Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC, the Fisher Island Club, Inc and COW’S USA, LLC.
Mr. Fodiman was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1986. He was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1987, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1988, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit in 1990 and the United States Supreme Court in 2006.
