A Florida native, Jeffrey A. Sudduth received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida in 1995. Mr. Sudduth went on to obtain his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Florida in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Sudduth was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Sudduth also served as a teaching fellow in courses including legal research and writing and appellate advocacy.

Mr. Sudduth was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. Mr. Sudduth is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Sudduth has been specially admitted to practice in various other jurisdictions, including the Southern District of New York.

As an experienced litigator, Mr. Sudduth has devoted his practice to assisting clients in a variety of commercial matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, employment, creditors’ rights, construction defect claims, collection matters, products liability claims, toxic torts, real property disputes, antitrust litigation, class actions and motor vehicle litigation.

Mr. Sudduth was selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2010 and 2011, an honor bestowed upon the top 2.5% of lawyers in the State who are under 40 years of age.

When not practicing law, Mr. Sudduth enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. Mr. Sudduth’s hobbies include cycling, soccer and Gator athletics.
