Milton J. Wallace was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1959. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1956 and his law degree from the same institution in 1959. Mr. Wallace became a Certified Public Accountant in Florida in 1957. He is the Author of "The Florida Securities Act," published in the journal of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, November, 1966; "Accounting as a Tool of Regulation," North American Securities Administrators Proceedings, August 1966. Mr. Wallace served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Miami, 1962 to 1963. He was General Counsel to the Florida Securities Commission, Division of Securities from 1965 to 1969 and for the Division of Securities, Controller of Florida from 1969 to 1970. Mr. Wallace was an Assistant Attorney General, State of Florida from 1965 to 1970. Among his many civic activities include service as Chairman, Dade County Housing Finance Authority from 1980 to the present and Chairman, City of Coral Gables Charter Review Board in 1989. Mr. Wallace serves as a director of several public and private companies and is a Member-Agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
